Full Bio:
She started in the roofing business with no roofing or formal business experience and is successful by sheer stubbornness mixed with a vision like no other! Some would say she not only succeeded, she exploded Chase Roofing bringing revenue growth of 550% where they grew from 1.5 million to over 8 million in 8 years. She also owns Shine of Fort Lauderdale, which provides services like window washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and holiday lighting. She also has an online jewelry company called Charmed XO where she makes custom jewelry of crystals and stones.
Running several businesses is not her only passion. Tamara also is also founder of Emerge!, a nonprofit organization designed to support young ladies in making a positive global impact, encouraging them to dream big and show them how to make their wildest ambitions a reality! Everyone that has worked with Tamara knows her vision, “Be the CEO your parents always told you to marry”.
Her love for her employees and her community are contagious and she is beyond proud of the teams she has created. Her mantra is kindness and she loves to light up the room with a smile and her pink hair.
