As leaders, we want to add value to those around us. It's what we do. On this podcast today, I share with you four things that I have consistently done over the years in my leadership to add value to those around me. I trust that these four things will spark a desire in you to be a person of value that adds value.
My desire also is that you might adopt one or m ore of these ideas and add them to your own set of value propositions to be an encouragement to others. When we all take it to heart to add value to the people around us, everyone wins!
