Description

TRIGGER WARNING: SUICIDE

In this episode, we look at seven different ways that neurodivergent people can experience "time blindness."

1) They can hyperfixate on one task, and all other tasks fall to the wayside
2) They get frozen into a "waiting mode"
3) They struggle to accurately gauge how long a task will take
4) They do not realize how much time has passed
5) They perceive painful memories as fresh no matter how much time has passed
6) They have difficulty making future plans
7) They find small tasks to be just as overwhelming as big ones

Which of these is the hardest for you?
