There's also no clear cut path if you want a career in the music industry due to it's nature, leading to many giving up early on.

Our guest this episode came across the same challenges when she wanted to pursue a music career following school, and wasn't able to follow her passion at the time.

But several years later, an opportunity opened up for her, and now she runs an agency which books and supports musicians, even providing guidance and pathwaqys for newcomers to succeed.
