The Ego Center is an interesting aspect of our Human Design. 65% of the population has an open or undefined Ego Center.
Meaning many of us, myself included, have bumped up against feeling the need to "prove" something or find validation or approval from others. Often times, we have found ourselves second-guessing or undermining our own value and worth, as a result.
Today, this came up with two different clients ... so, I thought I would lean into one aspect of the Ego (also known as the Heart or Willpower) Center a little more.
