In this episode, we will discuss how our values show our actions in life. Our thoughts and values shape our lives and when we aren't intentional about watching those things they can get out of control. I've provided a list of values we can reflect on and ask deep questions about how we've been paying attention to those things.
-Ask yourself what is it that I value and why do I value these things?
-Do my values consist of poor management of time with no self-development and growth?
-Do my values inspire other people to check their own values?
