Description

Have you recently apologized or has someone apologized to you? Of course - it is in our daily vocab! An apology is courteous expression - to friends, family, colleagues and even strangers. When I was growing up, I used to say "I'm sorry" for being mischievous (we all did!), until I was 'gently' reminded that when you say 'sorry,' you are committing to not repeat that act. Say what?

I'm joined by Fred Samanta, a friend and professional coach, where we dissect apologies through personal experiences through several steps to understand the merits and intentions of this form of resolution.

The insights to our standard approach to resolving a situation might reveal more about you and your partner than we realize. The real power lies in communication and mutual reflection.

Know you to be you!
