Myron Gaudet has been a lifelong martial artist and veteran police officer/trainer. He has also been an avid student of human behavior, performance, culture, design, Zen meditation, and philosophy. During part of his law enforcement career, he served overseas in the U.S. CivPol program in Kosovo.
As a gym owner and coach, Myron Gaudet has witnessed regular people striving to become the best versions of themselves through training in the combat sports and functional fitness classes he teaches.
