The book details what is required for the establishment of colonies outside our own solar system. Women are so important that there are six women for every man on the colony ships. The women provide the science while the men provide the brawn and some of the key decisions.

With a distinguished career spanning several decades, he has made significant contributions to military operations, technology development, and international relations.
