Today, Fernando surfs, boxes, coaches, instructs, and is the founder and leader of ILC International Life & Leadership Coaching Academy — a coach training institute founded in Caracas, now based here in Miami, and up to very recently, a school that exclusively served Spanish-speaking students, here in the USA, but predominantly in Latin America.
