In this episode Krist and I talk about our own struggles with Postpartum, what tools we used to navigate our own struggles with depression and anxiety and give some suggestions if you think you are struggling as well.

1: Talk to your doctor

2: Find a therapist who specializes in PPD, depression or anxiety.

3: Make sure you are in a community of people and talking. Especially communicating with your spouse.

We are not experts in this area, while we are both Licensed Mental Health Professionals in Washington, this episode is simply our experiences and what we would suggest to moms who want to plan ahead, or feel like they are struggling.
