FAIR IS FAIR! This week, we're discussing the 1985 drama, The Legend of Billie Jean.

When Billie's brother, Binx, has his scooter stolen and destroyed by a gang of teen bullies, they go on a journey of vigilante justice to get the money to fix the scooter. Their adventures lead to shooting and wounding a man, going on the run, theft, evading police, breaking and entering, harboring a hostage, high speed chases, and getting involved with the law because of....a scooter.
