Episode 41: Returning to the truth of who we are and reclaiming our humanity through shadow work
Description
This week Lena and I discuss the importance of decolonizing the mind and liberating ourselves from societal conditioning and trauma. We explore the concept of shadow work as a powerful tool for returning to the truth of who we are and reclaiming our humanity. Our conversation highlights the current demand for change and the cosmic shift that is driving us to confront the issues we have been ignoring. We both connected on our "intensity" and she emphasized the need to embrace our intensity and choose the unmarked path, while also acknowledging the importance of self-awareness and uncovering unconscious beliefs and patterns. Lena references one of the 4 agreements which is to not take things personally and embracing curiosity as we navigate our personal and collective journeys of healing and transformation. We discussed unconscious beliefs and how they affect dating patterns. We also delve into the dynamics of intimacy and authenticity in safe and secure relationships. Lena conclude by emphasizing the importance of becoming conscious and creating one's own reality. Lena shares tips for becoming more conscious in everyday life. She emphasizes the importance of curiosity and self-inquiry in understanding our reactions and patterns. Lena also highlights the significance of being mindful and intentional, as well as paying attention to the things happening around us.
