Chris and Kathryn catch up and talk again some of things they have been up since the pandemic started. They talk about how their daily workout routine has changed and the ways they adapted without the use of a gym. Kathryn goes in detail over some of her earlier frustrations when the Covid shutdown happened and how she was able to get past it. Kathryn also talks about her training schedule has changed and as well as how she handles her clients.
