Tom is a Toronto based filmmaker. After decades of daily drinking, he finally put the bottle down

in late 2022. With a rigorous recovery program, he spends much of his time helping others get

and stay sober. In early 2025 he launched Practically Sober, a video series aimed at helping

people navigate early recovery.
