Over his 30 year career, Pat has led capital markets teams and spearheaded the financing, acquisition and/or sale of well over 150 companies involving transactions of more than $20 billion across a variety of industries including technology, fintech, and blockchain.
Pat has been in the crypto space for several years serving as a senior advisor to several firms, including MakerDAO.
