Another road angel stepped up. Phil’s spot is in a perfect place (no, we don’t tell you where it is) but even more special are all the things he’s learned from his own running experience as well as being a road angel. Even better, he has tips for people doing Vol State. The observations by someone outside of the actual race are often the most valuable observations you can find. When I asked how we could help him, his reply was simple - give him feedback and stories!
