The inner journey of running is so much bigger than race day.
It is about being present with your thoughts, getting outside, getting exercise, having time for yourself, as a form of meditation, to better your mental health ... the list goes on and on.
In the most tragic of times, even when she didn't feel like it, running helped Lisa tremendously.
She runs full marathons and has even done a 100 mile challenge!
She recently created an inclusive space to share and inspire runners from here and all over.
