Tina is a certified Sound Healer, Meditation Teacher, and Spiritual Psychology Coach working to help women heal their destructive emotional eating patterns through online coaching.
She is always looking for new ways to push past her limitations to live an energetic and abundant life, and hopes to inspire others to live their fullest lives as well.
