Description

In this podcast we talk about Amy and Chris’ recent trip to Edinburgh. They talked about the food and drink there (and had a few good laughs over the dish called haggis — traditionally made in a sheep’s stomach) and what their experience was with balancing food, drink and activity. They also did their assignment and found out that, indeed, Scotch Eggs are a dish from Scotland!

We start the episode with some ideas of what to take if you are traveling locally and will have food in the car or can keep food in a fridge at a hotel, and also a few suggestions about what to order at a restaurant.
