What happens when we don't get the encouragement that we need as healthcare professionals? If you work in the medical field, chances are, you are not encouraged like you need to be. While we can't force people to give us words of affirmation, we can take some steps to help us cope with the lack of encouragement, and even inspire a shift in the atmosphere that we work in. I hope the suggestions I make in this episode are encouraging. I hope they inspire you to shift your perspective and make some small changes that will influence our medical culture.
