On the Road with the VIAAA we check in with Dick Kemper, Past President of the VIAAA, current Co-Chair of the Leadership Training Committee and Executive Director of the Virginia Independent School Athletic Association. He brings us some history of the VIAAA and brings us some tips of the trade from his exciting career as an Athletic Administrator. The VIAAA is celebrating its 50th Anniversary this year and On the Road with the VIAAA will be checking in with many of the Past Presidents as we make our way to the State Conference!!
