Mayank graduated college and started working at Amdocs during COVID-19, which made his onboarding journey completely virtual. He has never been to the office! (or any other company’s office). He and his team created an online office environment where everybody joins and works on their individual tasks, yet are not alone. This helped him progress professionally and grasp ‘how to get along at Amdocs’, which is no less crucial for a successful onboarding.
