Like sand through an hourglass the Grains of Sandler tumble as Season Nine continues with an examination of two films creatively helmed by friends of Adam Sandler: Chris Rock and Kevin James.

Up first we examine Chris Rock’s two hander with Rosario Dawson that explored the pains of celebrity and the black experience fully admitting we will only ever be outside observers to these themes

Then we have a lovely quiz administered by our Quizmaster General Will Fournier as he continues his Adam Sandler Quizempic with multiple choice and write-it trivia.

Then we finish in Boston with Kevin James’ wholesome talking animal film where we also find Rosario Dawson playing his colleague and eventual love interest.
