Description

This week, Staff Correspondent Mike Rivera speaks with Conor Tucker, a litigation associate at Irell & Manella in Los Angeles. Conor explains the ways in which the DTSA was inspired by the Economic Espionage Act of 1996, and the massive, unexpected jurisdictional issues that were created by this newly expanded federal protection of trade secrets.
