Description
What happens if a "red" shirt dies...but someone actually cared? This episode gives us a slice of the sadder side of life working on a Starfleet vessel when a crew member dies leaving behind a young orphaned son. Because the death happened on his away mission, Worf feels a sense of responsibility for the boy. But complications ensue when the nearby inhabitants of the planet also try to do what they think is best for young Jeremy. Meanwhile, we meet the BEST STAR TREK CAPTAIN EVER. Forget Picard or Kirk, they've got nothing on this guy.
