Jeff is an associate professor of environmental studies and an affiliated professor of bioethics, medical ethics, philosophy, and law at New York University. He is the author of two books, "Saving Animals, Saving Ourselves" (2022) and "The Moral Circle: Who Matters, What Matters, and Why" (2025). 

This conversation covers human exceptionalism, why we must give moral consideration to insects and bugs, and much more.
