Passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion; developing great boards; increasing the impact and profile of the NGO Sector; and exploring the future of work and AI. Former Chief Executive of the Ministry for Women and formerly the Deputy Children's Commissioner. 2016 finalist in the NZ Women of Influence Awards.
