Prior to launching her consulting business, she spent nearly two decades in digital marketing and technology, most recently as Partner at Transparent House, a creative agency that she grew from inception to a multimillion-dollar respectable boutique agency with multiple locations and clients like Apple, HP, and Google. In 2019 she is publishing her first book on career happiness, launching a podcast, launching a new website with mastermind programs as well as focusing on select speaking, writing, and consulting opportunities.
