So let's talk cycling, like real fast cycling, actually real fast anything. Today our guest is Denise Mueller-Korenek. She set a world record for the fastest flat surface, motor paced, bicycle speed record in September last year at 296 kmh, 183.93 mph. Motor paced or not, this is simply amazing to me. Have y'all ever tried going say 30mph on a bike on your own for a few miles on a flat? How about in a paceline? It's tough! Listen in to hear her amazing story!
