Guest: Clay Donohue has over 20 years of athletic experience, 14 of those being in basketball. His sports include baseball, basketball, football, track and field, and a small stint in soccer. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in communications.

Clay races competitively in spartan races as well as marathons. Past the sports, clay loves to surf, golf, climb, hike, take photos, DJ, and practice yoga. Clay is a student of life. Forever learning in many subjects, whether it be mentally, physically, spiritually, and all for the better good of others. He hopes to help the world become a better place.
