One of our goals with this podcast is to highlight all of the cool running events in Kansas and the Midwest and the people who run them.

In this episode we talk with a few runners who just ran the KUS 6/12/24 hour race. We talk to the new race director, Dustin Birdsong, as he will be taking over as race director. Hear about his plans for the future of the race and how he will do what the runners want first and foremost from the race.

We also talk to Audrey Pulley who ran the 12 hour overnight, Ella Ruesser who ran the 12 hour day, as well as Braden Smith, who ran the 6 hour. All with different perspectives for what made for amazing conversations.
