On this episode of the Meant 4 More podcast I was joined by my co-conspirator in coaching, Kristin Leazer. 

We dove into each of our journeys that led us to coaching and our overall coaching philosophy and mission, to empower as many women as possible to reconnect with themselves to unlock their purpose and passion, get unstuck and live a life they LOVE!

There were SO many themes we discussed during this episode, from how women so often lose their identity as their life’s circumstances change and how often we feel like we reach a place where we no longer know who we are or what we want. From there we have two options, uphold the status quo or start to challenge it. 

We both chose to challenge it.

We encourage any woman that is struggling with feelings of unfulfillment, lack of purpose or general feelings of “there has to be more to life than this,” to start to be more intentional with self-discovery and start to DO THE WORK to unravel to come back together.

This episode is chock full of insight and solutions for real struggles, real women go through on their journey to becoming themselves again.
