The United States of America has a deep rooted belief that in this country, some lives matter and others don't. White supremacy is something we both benefit from as a white woman and a not black person of color. This is a conversation, an attempt, in critical self reflection. What we know is that anti-blackness is a global issue and eradicating it from our understanding is a life-long commitment.
