Social workers have been elaborately trained on how to commit purgury and tricks they should use in order to remove children and keep them out of parental custody.  It's a sad truth on how this agency makes money and gets away with it.  The courts are feeding off of this as well.  The longer they can drawout a case, the better for them.  They soon develop lack of emotion and sympathy toward families they rip apart because this feeds the system.
