A subset of our audience really has an issue with episodes that feature any crimes being done to children. That's understandable, since they are the weakest and most vulnerable members of our society. But there are cases, however rare, where the "monsters" are the children themselves. In this episode we explore three cases in which children killed, seemingly for the sheer pleasure of it. Beware though, you may not ever want to have children after this episode.

what insane person would not agree that this system is insane putting minors on trial as adults by sometimes insane judges and jurors who sentence the clearly insane kids to live out their lives in an insane "correctional" system with rape, murder, drug use and more insanity? this system makes a northern europeans blood boil ... which is hard to accomplish coz we chill here yall know! this insane injustice system mirrors an insane society .... I feel I am becoming.... u guessed it ... insane...
I haven't listened to this episode in a while. I had forgotten how interesting it is. Mixed tenses.
This is the best show! I heard another podcast about Mary Bell and it didn't do the story any justice compared to this telling
for all the filler that's usually included in these episodes I'm a little surprised that important facts are totally left out like how Mary Bell was horribly sexually and physically abused. Her mom had sex with men in front of her and eventually started including her in the sex and finally simply started selling her to adult men. No, it's no excuse for her behavior but it's still a critical part of the story and helps explain her damaged psyche... not to mention why she cut off that little boy's penis.

Great episode. Do we really need to hear ten minutes of really irritating music and testimonials afterwards though? I listen in bed and like when the episode just winds down so I don't have to look at the glaring light on my phone to turn off a cast that should just end when the story does.
I immediately thought of Sling Blade when I heard this guy!
