I had the wonderful pleasure of recording this episode from Encinitas, San Diego, California - while looking at the ocean.

The ocean is a beautiful reminder of Renewal, from the physical cleansing properties of letting the water wash over you to the energetic properties of the constant and always changing tides.

I also had a not-so-funny-and-funny experience right before this call - I accidentally deleted ALL my emails from 2 online gmail accounts! I could have been either PISSED or I could laugh at it and choose the perspective that it was an opportunity for renewal!

So much of renewal is our perspective and our choice point of how we want to respond. When you set the intention to find Renewal, your experience will be different.

And to drop us into Relationships, Partnership, and Sexual Energy, I discussed with my partner what he felt Renewal meant. He felt that Renewal in relationships was deeply connected to Rebirth. So I dive into this perspective and how to integrate rebirth and renewal into your relationships.
