He holds coaching certifications from the Center for Congregational Health, an Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Carolina, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Webster University. Barron also serves on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce and for the Morrisville Rotary Club, has co-created an award-winning Giving Circle, and helped many communities around the USA create their own Giving Circles.
