Amber's a classic CEO/Entrepreneur/Founder: she's started an ABA practice, a global non-profit, she's starred in documentaries. I'll highlight two (of many) things I appreciated about our conversation 1) her international non-profit - focusing on parent-training & parent-led interventions - not only addresses supply/demand imbalances for BCBAs/RBTs globally ... it's potentially a model that payers here in the US (that's you, Tricare) are actively exploring; could that be a future for ABA? 2) she's a passionate advocate for women founders/entrepreneurs, as am I.
