Culture expert Grace and Founder coach Rachel talk about what happens when people feel like someone has more power and status than them...and it often turns very critical very fast. We talk about servant leadership vs. "focus on your own job" leadership and what cues your employees are taking from their lives online when they speak to and about you. We focus in on what kind of perspectives we think it is helpful for managers to have in these situations.
