I don't *love* the culture of goal-setting and how binary and inflexible (and ultimately unattainable) it can be. I'm going to show you how I plan for a new year in my business. I call it Setting the GPS and what I really want to focus on is getting myself pointed in the right direction, and then having flexibility with the roads I take to get there.
