Welcome to week 4 of the mental health awareness challenge where we will talk all things gratitude.  We all seek happiness in our lives and many seek it in the material things; however, real happiness comes from within you. It comes from gratitude. Gratitude is the feeling you have when you are aware of being grateful either for a person, experience or whatever other situation you are in. Have you ever stopped in a moment and thought to yourself "I feel so happy", "I feel so thankful for XYZ", "I feel so happy for XYZ". Well that feeling is what we call gratitude.
