Description

London-based illustrator, art director, director and designer Kate Moross is the latest in the Overshare hot seat. Working Not Working co-founder Justin Gignac interviewed Kate on a rainy, London night in front of a live audience. Opening up about how she doesn't view herself as a creative person, the struggles of owning and running a non-capitalistic design studio, how to hire the right people ("It's better to have a hole in your team than an asshole") and how she is watching absolutely everything on TV.

Kate is also the author of Make Your Own Luck: A DIY Attitude to Graphic Design and Illustration.
