In this episode we discuss the issues with facing the church today in the area of pastors. We have devolved the office to the place of an entertainer that gives religious based entertainment a few times per week. Since the office has taken this damaging turn so has the church's discernment on what qualifications should be sought after in a pastor. We breakdown 1 Timothy Chapter 3 in regards to what makes a pastor and what disqualifies a man from holding that title.
