Mambo! We're back after a wee break for Christmas, this episode is essential listening for any would-be Raleigh volunteers so hopefully that makes up for the delay. We'll go through in as much detail as possible what teaching on a Raleigh programme entails. We'll explain team leaders, debriefs, Alex's favourite energisers and share details on the mysterious never before revealed enigma at the heart of the Livelihoods programme, The Booklet.
