Beede IV is known galaxy wide as an environmentalist’s paradise. They’ve solved every issue - energy, waste, resource use, conservation - all while growing in wealth and prosperity. While other planets seemed to have limits, Beede IV had none.   Not even time.  The Doctor and Ella know there’s something up. They know they need to fix it. But as Ella explores the world and its people, the Doctor isn’t sure whether to be proud or worried of who she is becoming, and how far she’ll go for what she believes.
