Either too much or not enough - luckily Karen Ranus, the Executive Director of N.A.M.I Central TX (National Alliance of Mental Health Institute) stopped by to help us figure that out! We passed out grades for last week’s homework, and the tenacious duo of Hannah McCarthy and Mariel Salcedo joined us to talk about getting involved, how to give yourself a break and how to breathe. Literally.
