that I have to endure and experience with my colleague when I was starting out in my career.

I will show you how I could turn this experience around and use it as a tool to push me to become better

and at the same time, I was able to help others to do the same.

It was my starting point on how I became a mentor, trainer, and a coach from a very young age.

I will also share some teaching lessons on the fundamental core skills that we need to

bring back that somehow we have lost it along the way.
