There is a lot of chat about this floating around this week, lack of integrity seems to be what is coming up for many, or many are noticing, especially in the world of "smashing it" or selling oneself as smashing it where you are not to create sales or impact.

Now there is a fine line between believing something is already in existence for manifesting and raising your vibrations, and "claiming" you're one thing when they are not e.g. money coaches, yet they don't pay their bills to others or expect everything got free, or lack of integrity when people say they will follow through, give it the lip service, and yet there is no action to back it up.

All of this affects ripple effects and creates stagnancy in people's energetic fields, blocks and tangles.

I feel this theme will resonate with many, as if it is not in your life presently, it will have been at one stage, or will be again. And whether you are on the receiving end of this or can feel yourself being a little out of integrity - let's face it, it's life, it happens, these five points could help realign you to the path of integrity and healthy boundaries again.
