Bolanle Odetola hails from Abeokuta, Ogun State, she was born into a Muslim family but caught light on who Christ is and was privileged to join the Christ Apostolic Church (Ibudo Iyanu, WOSEM) where she joined the juvenile choir. and began growing her Christian journey as a Music minister.

The song “Aye Mi Dowo Re” was birthed during a thought season when everything looks so tough and the whole world wanted to crumble. she remembered her only source of strength was in Christ as she cried out Baba Aye Mi Dowo Re (God My Life Is In Your Hands). for anyone passing through one tough challenge or the other just remember your life is in the hands of know man but in the hands of God.
